- Music Rights Organization (2 months) – Leader of strategic assessment for IT department (38 FTE). Identify bottlenecks by interviews, benchmark en data analysis. Develop proposals to reduce costs, improve quality and increase flexibility based on a strategic roadmap.
- Largest European aircraft manufacturing company, Toulouse, France (9 months) – Leading the setup of the Program Management Office (12 FTE) for Concurrent Engineering program (400 FTE, €80M/year) closely working together with Management Team.
