- National Energy Company (21 months) – Interim Manager responsible for strategy and the organizational change program for the ‘Contract-to-Bill’ process for the B2B segment after liberalization of the market. Six months Interim Manager of combined front and back office (45 FTE), responsible for the change to a result driven department by integral management. During five months responsible for ‘business process co-sourcing’ project to reduce backlog in debts (15 FTE). During eight months integration manager for organization, ICT and processes.
- Music Rights Organization (2 months) – Leader of strategic assessment for IT department (38 FTE). Identify bottlenecks by interviews, benchmark en data analysis. Develop proposals to reduce costs, improve quality and increase flexibility based on a strategic roadmap.
- Largest European aircraft manufacturing company, Toulouse, France (9 months) – Leading the setup of the Program Management Office (12 FTE) for Concurrent Engineering program (400 FTE, €80M/year) closely working together with Management Team. Responsible for developing and implementing Masterplanning, status reporting and issue/action handling for international project teams and Management Team.
- Mobile Telecoms Operator (14 months) – Operations Manager and Delivery Manager for Portal development team (30 FTE). With integral management responsible for steering, planning and development of large amount of services which were developed, tested and implemented on multi-service portal. Extremely successful in delivery within time and budget of services, which were introduced in the market with national media campaigns.
