Reporting to the group CIO of UPC Broadband, end responsibility for Pan-European IT Governance and Demand Management across 12 countries including Finance, HR, IT strategy, Vendor Management, Communications, Portfolio & Demand Management, New Technology and Business/IT Alignment.
- Deputy of the CIO.
- Global lead for IT due diligences of Mergers & Acquisitions, divestitures and investments for cable, media and technology companies.
- End responsible for the full IT integration of new acquisitions.
- End responsible for the development of five-year strategic IT Transformation roadmap
- End responsible for the Pan European IT Demand Management (‘front door’), Portfolio Management and Planning/PMO function.
- Manage the business units (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Technology) in Strategic Business alignment and in planning for IT new services.
- Leading the financial management of the CIO Capex and Opex ensuring control for on-going IT investment implementation.
- Responsible for IT Operational Excellence across the European footprint.
- Leading the design, implementation and continuous improvements of the CIO management structure and its core processes to ensure efficiency, responsibility, business alignment, processes integration, and operational excellence.
